Q1: What is your processing time for a custom planner? or How long will it take to make a custom planner?
A: Our current processing time is 2-5days.
Q2: What is your return & refund policy?
A: We only accept exchange to a new planner ONLY IF the problem arises from our end.
[eg: mis-printing or missing pages]
Due to the custom nature of the product, we cannot make refunds. We are more than happy to exchange to a new planner.
Q3: I received my planner damaged, what can I do?
A: We ship our planner in a perfect condition. Yet, if you think the damage is on our end, we would love to hear from you. Please don't hesitate to contact us with some photos of the parts of damages to our email fifteen.pril@gmail.com.
Q1: How do I make an order?
A: Please go to 'Order' page and fill the order form completely.
Q2: How do I order Add Ons?
A: There will be a section for 'Add Ons' in the Order form. Please select your Add ons there.
Q3: Can I add Add Ons /Extra pages once my order has been confirmed?
A: Currently, there is no Add On available.
Q1: How long does it take to deliver it to my house?
A: It depends on where you are but usually it gets delivered in 1-3 days after our notification of delivery with tracking number is sent to you.

Q2: How do you deliver it to me?
A: We use Pos Laju within Malaysia.
The usual delivery time is 1-3days within Malaysia.
Q3: Can you deliver it to my office instead of my house?
A: Yes, we can make delivery to office address, but make sure it's not P.O. Box address.
All delivery are delivered hand-to-hand, requiring signature of recipient.
Q4: I can't seem to track my mail?
A: Your tracking number will be updated within 24 hours after our notification of shipping to you with tracking number.
Q5: Do you ship to overseas?
A: Yes, we can ship to certain countries.
Please be reminded that we only ship overseas via FedEx shipping.

A: We currently have one standard size of the planner which is A5 sized planners.
Q2: Why are there different types of planners?
A: Currently there is only one type of planners.
Q3: Do you offer laminated cover?
A: Yes, we have laminated covers.
Q4: Can I change the color of the cover?
A: No. Currently we do not accept custom covers.
